HOW TO FORMAT HANG LG-C660R

I have lg GT350i. It worked for me as expected in all. But after 2 yrs its camera is hanging. When ever I going to camera mode to take photo or vedio, it is hanging. I have formatted by external memory and phone memory is also have any extra item. I reseted the company setting also But still camera not working. Pls help

2. Now Press following key sequence *#7370# or *#7780#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
5. Wait for message 'Format it

The phone was not designed to be a video player, that's why you can't play other video formats other than the one it uses to record videos.

go in the menu
then open settings
then go to the last option i.e "Rest. factory sett."
type in your security code and it will format your phone .

this will format everything but not your personal information such as contacts, language selection or calender notes

do a format. save all data you need to save including your contacts. you may save to a memory card. then enter *#7370# . if prompted for security code, enter 12345( if you changed it enter the one you changed it to). press ok and let the phone restart.
