Should be available from HP support site. Following this link and select your specific model and operating system. The model number can be found on the serial label on bottom of laptop under P/N.

Sicne no specific model was mentioned, here is the generic webcam driver used for Compaq Presario C791TU Notebook PC. Most laptop models in this series with webcam use YouCam so it should work.

Google the model of the webcam. "webcam model 3300 driver" for example or go to the manufactures website and search for the driver there.
