I need a manual or instructions on how to use Klu LT7033 7" tablet

I'm not too computer literate and can't get books on it although I'm on my wireless internet at home. I don't know how to get apps or how to install. The little manual that came with it doesn't tell you much and I don't have a 10 year old that could help.They just don' t tell you how for us old folks.

I just don't known how to use a tablet and the little manual they send with it is no help. I need instructions or a 10 year old to show me. I can't down load apps for reading etc.and seems like half the keys are missing, no delete. Would the library be of any help? Thanks We're 75 years old. TV shows these things to be so easy.

Spoke to google thia morning the device is not compatible with google or android. We all got screwed.

My CURTIS KLU LT7035J tablet only works when I have it plugged in. It won't charge and I have been trying to charge it for days ? Nothing in the manual on what to do...should I return it or is

Please ensure you are using the correct power adapter that came with the tablet. If it is the wrong voltage/amps then the charging function will protect itself. If it uses a micro USB end then try charging via a computer USB port using a USB to Micro USB cable. This should work and will possibly eliminate the Tablet from the diagnosis. DON'T try to make your own power solution from a combination of cables/adapters because it's potentially dangerous to both you and your tablet.

Turn device off. Hold both power and volume button for up to two minutes continuing to hold the volume button when the device turns on but letting go of the power button, or the reverse of this should factory reset the device or put it into download mode and you connect to a computer then and follow priceline instructions for flashing android or its original operating system onto it. This is one alternative to tossing it. YouTube search of your device model and problem may give better solutions.
