I changed all of my toner cartridges and now my pictures are all printing red please help me with this problem
i have tried to remove and reinsert all of the cartridges but still print all dark red.
Cartridge cross contamination is the problem and expensive to have somebody tear unit down to clean up. If geordie10 is correct, and I think he is, you might look to see if you can replace unit with a used one from ebay or any other source. Your repair bill will not be good if done by a shop.
Possibly the cartridges have been put in the wrong place, you need to clean the machine out, as the wrong toners will be on the wrong drums, you may need to replace the drums and get a new transfer belt.

While the drum units may appear the same, chances are Okidata puts a different chip on it that makes in incompatible. The C5200 will use drums from a C5150. The C5250 appears to use different supplies.
With the top cover open, gently wipe the LED head(s) with the lens cleaner pad supplied with replacement toner cartridges. A soft, lint-free cloth with some isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)** can also be used.As the last step before closing the cover when replacing a toner cartridge or an image drum. If you are experience poor print quality, including - longitudinal white stripes or fading - blurred letter edges CAUTION!Do not use methyl alcohol or other solvents on the LED heads: this will damage the lens surface.
Assuming that you are using the same paper and have not changed any of the consumables you should do the following: 1.Clean LED head with lens cleaner or soft tissue.
Remove the toner cartridge and give it a few shakes then reinstall it.
The Toner Could be low so Change toner cartridge.

The image drum may have been light contaminated so remove it from the printer and store it in a totally dark place for several hours then reinstall it.
If the image drum is dirty then wipe it very gently with soft tissues, being careful not to scratch it.
Open the top cover and check to be sure that each toner cartridge is fully seated and that each toner cartridge lock lever is pushed all the way back.
Press the top cover release latch and open, then close, the cover.

Possibly set the value of media weight in the menu to the next heaviest one.
Check PRINT MENU – RESOLUTION setting and set to 600 x 1200DPI
Check PRINT MENU – TONER SAVE MODE and make sure this is OFF
Check PRINT MENU – MONO PRINT SPEED and make sure this is set to MIXED SPEED
You wright, it is clutch what is hearing!!! It's on the left side of a printer!!! but when you print an envelope on back of printer you have two lever which must be push up or down!!! It's small picture near!!! You can continue with printing!
Just a thought for others... is this an image drum problem?
Also, if you haven't done this yet - try gently shaking the toner cartridges to redistribute the toner. Just make sure you do it gently and over a newspaper or rugs in case some toner spills. One last idea - turn off the printer and turn back on after a few minutes?
