My friend's PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE MV35-202 keyboard and mouse padwon't work at all... I have installed the windows xp again as they werenot working hopping it would come back but they didn't.... So now I havea fresh windows installed and no keyboard and mouse pad working... Ihave tired a usb mouse and an external keyboard, but nothing still... so i can not do anything in the laptop at all....Please help.... we don't know what happend....
The first thing to do is my computer properties see if your keyboard and mouse are showing in there
If they are you need to update the drivers.
If they are not showing then I would suggest going to control panel and add new hardware installing that way
Try using a standard mouse instead of usb
If you cannot get on try restarting in safemode to correct your problem.
Or if you have a cd that came with the mouse and keyboard reinstall it.
