You probably will not get a part. But this warning means that a small micro switch near that door is not functioning to say 'door closed'- look for it and make sure it will close properly or has not become dislodges from it mount or loast its wire. You may also seek hel at the Ricoh web site technical support team. Also Take a look at www.fixyourownprinter. com

I have a 660 sharp fax . when I 2turn it on its display shows. check cover, check film, check paper. how can I solve it ?

Replace the film, replace the paper(properly installed)and check all covers re-seat them, also check to make sure that the tab that goes into the machine for each cover is not broke if one is then copier thinks that cover is not closed. buy new film.

Check cover/cart appears. tried changing toner cartridge but message still there. Toner in correctly. is there anything else to check/do?

the message you are getting will show up for both toner and cover. There is a switch that the cover triggers when closed located onder the main unit cover. The tab on the cover goes into a slot located kinda left of center. That switch is infamous for getting stuck or knocked out of place so the tab does not see it. The cartridge is probably good.

Paper has jamed where suppose to come out

Hi,
to open the copier, on leftsideway is small handle, wich you need to lift up to open copier ( copier opens in right side, by pulling it up ). Remove paper jam, wich is probably in fixing section.

To remove fixing cover remove two screws located in inner side of black plastic cover. Now you will also be able to see if fixing film is damadged, wich can be cause of your problem.

I have an ImageRunner 2016i with the error E000019

Hi,
the error E019, means that the waste toner is full.

Waste toner is excesive toner, wich is cleand from the drum at copy process, and goes in waste toner "compartment" in drum unit.

To clear the error and clean the waste toner, you need to:

Open front cover, open the left sideway door, by pressing the open button. Then, left from the toner is blue handle wich you need to lower. Then pull out the drum unit.
Then on top of the drum unit, you will be able to see one cork.Remove it and vacume the toner out.

Put back the cork, put the drum unit back in, close front cover, closse left door by pressing them on place where hand is ilustrated.

Turn copier off and on.

These will clear your error.

The instructions for drum unit removal are also illustrated on inner side of front cover, beneath toner replacing procedure.

Hope that helped.

A paper jammed during a fax. i removed it. now,

When you removed the paper jam did the paper tear? mit have left piece of the orgnial document. Also open document feeder where you place the orginal check to see fot any problem. As for the cover does it look like something on the the door is broke, The actuator on the door Slab of plastic , that goes into a slot on the machine to accurate the door close sensor, if the sensor is not activated then the copier thinks the door is open even if it closed

Ricoh Fax 3700L

Fuser error.....Either blown fuse, bad thermistor, or blown lamp. Problem needs to be repaired, and then a WAY over complicated reset procedure has to be performed in service mode to clear the error.

New cartridge but copier not printing

Did you pull out the orange/red tape?

Check if there is an good connection between cartridge and pin at the right side of crg. inside crg.holder( a little pin wich goes in and out when you open or close cover )

Try with old crg. if it works the problem is new crg.
