A phone with white screen display without going off, means that the memory of the phone has been affected by something one way or other.Most things that makes a phone to be white are things like virus,water etc.
The phone might be affected by an installed application that has virus or browsing on the internet can be the cause.
When the screen goes white, do you make calls with it?, if no that means the phone is experiencing memory loose and it needs to flashed for the memory to be restored.
After flashing the phone,the memory of the phone will be restored.
Those ARE native formats that symbian OS would recognize normally. It seems your OS went corrupt due to another 3rd party application. Unfortunatly your phone needs to be flashed. Go to a certified service center and see if they can help you. If all else fails, feel free to look in my profile, and i can definetly hep you out.

There is a tool you can use to flash your firmware to the language you want. It is called Fighter. If you want it, I can help you to flash it to the firmware of your choice either Chinese, French, German.... I can even upgrade your P900 to P910 version so your external memory can recognize the Memory Stick up to 1GB but instead you cannot use the Bluetooth Function after upgrading. You can use the Jabra a12 Bluetooth Adapter instead to have a new connection with Bluetooth. I has my P900 working this way and it works Great.
This tool can even unlock your phone too to the most latest firmware.
