Kenmore model# 59767990 side by side. My ice maker is not functioning properly since a power outage. The water seems to be spraying around the entrance to the ice maker. The storage area has ice frozen on it as though the tray has overflowed with water. I was told to adjust screw at front side of the unit, but I'm not sure what the original setting should be or which way to turn in order to increase or decrease the setting. When turned to left it seems to decrease water amount.

check for a ice blockage inside that fill tube that sits in the ice maker.

Compressor will not start on a frigidaire refridgerator

The compressor gets power from compressor capacitor or compressor relay.On some models there is capacitor and on some there is relay.May be that relay or capacitor got shorted causing the problem.

But if that checks out ok,then its faulty compressor causing these.

I have a kenmore model # 106.54582400 that has been moved and not plugged in for 3 months , i cleaned it all up like new and plugged it in and now its not cooling , its never been on its side , the motor...

The compressor freon got leaked or compressor got damaged while shifting.Get the compressor inspected.
