Used Lanier LD435c needs to get reset to factory settings

Enter the [user tools/counter] then before you press [system settings] hold it down pressed the [#] key and while the [#] key is pressed press the [system settings] key (on the touch screen or if dose not have touch screen than press ok) and the copier will return the settings to default. You can repeat the procedure for all settings.

My Lanier LD435c printer has a prob lem with the touch screen. I think it needs to be recalibrated because when you touch the screen, it registers the touch 1 inch below. That means the top of the screen options cannot be used because I cant compensate any higher. How do you recalibrate screen?
