I have a panasonic KX-TGA410C phone and would like to change the number of rings before answering machine comes on.

it's so easy friend just dial *94 and hit 4 or 5 or 6 upto 10 ring numbers
for example *948 dail... will give u 8 ring count before voicemail start

My samsung g600 only rings now and again but i can't hear person on the other end yet they can hear me

IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU WILL NOT HEAR DAILING TONE, YOU WILL NOT HEAR ANY INCOMING SOUND. GET IT REPAIRED BY A PROFESSIONAL REPAIRER BECAUSE YOU CANNOT DO THIS BY YOURSELF

I want to know how many rings should i set my answering machine on 2, 4,6....

Based on, how long it takes you to get to the phone. I would say 4, just because if it rings more the that, my guess would be that you do not have a answer machine. Also, with clear, we like to the voicemail set to 4 rings. But it is up to you on how many rings, but for most common, 4 rings. Hope this helps

You don't. You program the System's ICD to delay ring the secondary phones. It can be done from the main system phone if allowed, but your Panasonic Installer can do it easier.

Obscurely you can make the main phone ring another phone as in Call Forward No Answer, but that creates a lot of trouble in the ability to go to voice mail and ring multiple phones.

Hello, if you are using this phone on a Panasonic 308 or 824 system press 40 for an external incomming call or 4 followed by the extension number to pick up a certain extension that is ringing.

did u try making the catch-a-call more sensitive to the signal? you can do that by dailing ###1 and it should ring in response.

My catch a call rings and rings after I connect to the internet

is it an ip phone or is it a normal one...if its a normal phone you have to buy a filter to put between it and the wall jack...if its an ip phone post the specs here and ill get back to you

sounds like a carrier issue or a hardware issue. if both you guys have the same problem. could be a lemon defect.
