TDA7564 When power is hooked up I get no sound out of the speakers. Everything else seems to be alright. Tape runs and ejects fine and lcd screen lights up. What's wrong???

Internal amplifier.. I have the same problem. When you set the volume in 0 much time, trend to happen it.

Eject mechanisam will no work

This indicates a problem with the part called the capstan motor in this Sony camcorder. Either the tape will not takeup or the tape spills out when the drive runs. You need a technician to remove the tape if you want it saved.

Tape will not eject

I had the same problem and I switched to smaller tapes. I had been using the 120 minute tapes. It seemed like the tape would lock up after a short while with the larger tapes.

Connecting Bose 901 series iv to Harman Kardon AVR 254

Most HK av receivers have pre amp out,power amp in with metal jumpers connecting them for the main or front channels. that would be the best place to hook up the EQ on a AV receiver. If your receiver doesn't have pre out, power in jacks , you can use tape monitor .record out playback in. The tape monitor option is best for stereo use , as the active EQ will charge all speakers in tape mode, possibly damaging other speakers.I run my 901 s with a seperate pre-amp,power-amp hooked up to my Denon AV receiver that way i can run in surround w/standard speakers

I have a HR-J625EA JVC VCR & video cannot be ejected.

this sounds like a sensor problem the vcr thinks the tape has been ejected and then turns off! this will cost more to fix then a new VCR!
