Sounds like the control circuitry inside is bad,,,or the relay or switching device is stuck on...If the control circuit is bad then you will need someone qualified to repair the circuit...A word of caution...if you decide to try to fix the unit yourself I will tyell you that there are very high voltages inside that can KILL. Please do not service unless you are trained in electrical safety

The keypad may be defective. Try replacing it.

You have a shorting membrane keypad.

If and when an oven is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and can result in a fire.

So until it is repaired, please leave it unplugged or leave the door open when it's not in use, and please do not leave it running unattended.

check fuse inside unit microwave has a fuse around 15 to 25 amps get at local hard ware store u should discharge capacitor before installing fuse not nessary in microwave

this is something you should probably call a repair technician for, due to the danger of the componentry.

Usually in ther case of this problem, even a technician will advise you to replace the unit, in the minds of cost effectiveness and safety...

magnatron went bad need new one, cheaper to buy new unit

Possible bad heating element, You should remove the cover of the unit and look at the heating element with the power off. Until you get your problem resolved I would recommend not to even turn it on due to the fact that you are unsure what is going on and you smelt some burnt smell. Just for safety until you fine the problem
