Water pooling inside fridge

The fridge in our office lunchroom has been working well.. however, every month when i go to clean it out, there is a pretty large amount of water under the bottom foods drawer. I've messed with the temperature settings, the only result being the puddle of water was frozen when I turned the temp way up. I'm not completely sure of the model.. it is a Kenmore side by side with ice maker/water dispenser.. it says "frostless 25" on the door. It is also VERY full most of the time, and the seals around the door look a little worn. Thanks!

It turns out, there was a crack in the cold water reseviour tank inside the fridge. It is where water is stored to cool before it comes out the faucet on the door.
I am going to try to disable the water supply to that, without cutting off the water to the ice maker.
If anyone has any tips on how to do that, it would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

Pull the ref out. remove panel at the bottom on the back of the ref. the water valve has two solenoids on it. one for the i.m. and one for the cold water. unplug one solenoid. does the water dispenser still work? yes: you've unplugged the wrong one no: you're good to go.

Samsung Fridge Freezer Model RT77KBTS leaks water from the inside and somehow runs down the back of the inside from unknown location then pools up inside at the bottom and eventually runs out of the...

i had this problem .. there is a drain in the freezer it drains condensation through a hose to a pan at the bottom where there is a fan .. that fan splashes this water onto the condenser coils to cool them.. if that hose gets plugged then that water gets diverted and drains into the inside of the fridge... the big problem is this water is no longer cooling the condenser coils and your condenser will run hot until you clear the clog and get this working right again.. i had to unplug the fridge and let everything get warm (a few hours) then run a flexible wire through the hose at the bottom (fan) to the top to loosen the clog then run clean hot water through it to clear it completely . it's no small task but you might have saved yourself buying a fridge and loosing all that's in it ..

I have a whirlpool refrigerator, model GR9FHMXPQ. I got it about 4 years ago. When it was delivered, it had several pieces of styrofoam lodged in the inside ceiling of the fridge section (below the freezer...

You need to remove all of the styrofoam packing material.
Any insulation material would be installed inside the body of the fridge/freezer. The packing material is there so anything inside the compartment (like metal shelves, plastic holders, etc. don't bounce around during shipping and either scratch up the interior, or break. That is all that it is there for.

My Pentair FNS 48 is having problems. I have a kreepy Krauly that will have strong suction when pool pump first turns on but then it weakens after about 4-5 mins and then completely stops. I've tried to...

You can try to clean the impeller ether by removing the pump basket and reaching inside the hole behind it to feel for a clog. Do this with a screwdriver or needlenose plier. If it feels spongy work the clog counterclockwise and then try to pull out with the pliers. Hlso if you have had a alge problem since you cleaned the filter you may need to clean it again. Also you need to kill any alge before you run the pool.

Water pooling at the bottom of kenmore fridge

I had a Kenmore fridge - about 20 years old when I replaced it this year. It used to do the exact same thing especially in warm/hot weather. What it is is the water from the freezer defrosting. There should be something on the back near the top, inside the fridge sticking out - a tiny little tray sticking out and it may also be part of supporting one of the shelves, I can't remember. Anyways, water from the defrost pools in there and is supposed to evaporate, but it gets clogged with gunk and the water spills out and runs down the back of the fridge down to the bottom. Get a pipe cleaner or something and poke it into this hole and clean out the pipe to the hole isn't blocked. This is all inside the fridge, not outside, on the back panel outside. That's the best I can do to describe the solution - it's an easy fix you can do yourself. Good luck!

it seem that you have a clogged freezer drain. you can fix this by first turn off the unit leve all door and let it thaw about 4 to 6 hours or longer. if this doesnt cure the problem then repeat above procedure but this time open the plastic cover on the freezer and clean out the drain make sure all drain are unclogged also while your at it check the operation of the drain heater pan underneath the unit. and lso check the operation of the defrost timer. hope it help you.

Frigidaire plht189sska top freezer fridge problem. Freezer is cold, fridge is warm. About a month ago, had the problem of frost build up in freezer, water pooling under veggie bins, warm fridge. ...

If the defrost heating element, defrost timer or evaporater fan weren't working, you'd develop a block of ice on the evaporator. Is the compressor running? If it is, it might have bad valves from the frost buildup scenario. Liquid refrigerant could have gotten to the suction valves. The sealed system should have a five year warranty. Might be time to call a pro
