I have an RCA RD1076A mp3 player, and when I try to turn it on by pressing the play button, it just sticks on the "RCA" screen. It used to be I could take out the battery a couple of times and then it would work OK, but now it won't work at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John

This player is meant to play mp3 and Windows Media files
To do so, you need the use of a Windows computer with USB port , connection cable (included) and a music management software (MusicMatch Jukebox."
Go to the following webpage and download a user manual for your player...it will give you all the information you need.
Note: the 1022 is the same as the RD1076
