Pics not recognized by computer

I have a Kodak Z650 and have used it as well as other digital cameras in the past. I have the appropriate software. I use my camera for sports pics. When we returned from our tournament, I could not download the pictures as usual. I put the card in my photo printer and the pictures are there. I changed usb ports thinking that maybe it was the cable, not so. Tried the Kodak software and microsoft digital imaging. Both have indicated that there are no pictures to download. I don't know what else to try, I've rebooted, tried reinsertion of the card, looked at my settings on the puter, changed usb ports...I'm at wits end. Any suggestions? Thanks~

I had the same problem. Is there a Memory card in? If there is one it probably is corupted. Happend to me. If it isn't try taking it out and puting it in the port on your machine.

How to recover deleted pics on camera internal memory kodac z650

You can recover deleted photos from digital camera with this
1. Do not save any new photos into your camera.
2. Connect it with computer. You should see it shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download photo recovery software, recommend one is Tenorshare Data Recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)
http://www.any-data-recovery.com/product/datarecoverystandard.htm
4. Install and open the program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your deleted photos.

Can I recover deleted pics from my kodak z650 camera internall memory?I have downloaded several recovery software but none of them finds the camera in a drive????please help

There are very few cameras that recovery software can detect (no matter what the software vendors claim). Such cameras show up as "lettered" drives when the USB cable is inserted. Your camera is not one of them.

Just use a 2GB "SD" card,,The Z650 will not accept any of the newer, faster cards available today. Just carry a spare, if you plan on using your camera for lots of pics/videos. Cheer's, Andy.

My Kodak Z650 is showing lines in bright photos????

Hi!
The shutter doesn't work - the leafs may be stuck or the shutter cable is broken. You should contact your local Kodak service center.

Can't upload a pic to the computer from the camera

hello, You can upload pics to your computer by following the steps below. There are two ways of doing so. 1. you can take your memory card out and put it in a card reader which can be connected to your computer using a USB cable. 2. download software of kodak easyshare in the following link. http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/downloads/DownloadLookup.jhtml?pq-path=6840/6841&product=EKN030242 Then connect your camera to your computer using the USB cable which would have been given to you when you bought the camera. The software will recognize the camera and you can take a copy of the pictures in the cam from that software. Please rate the solution. ~regards, Jegan

Picture dock

Go to Start/Control Panel/ Add remove software.
Remove the Kodak Easy share software.

Do not re install it.

Use USB cable to connect camera to computer
Use alternative software [picasa which is Free] or any other image editor for processing and printing images.
It is likely your printer has supplied software that is suitable.
