Hello! My Razr V3 sometimes just turns off all by itself, sometimes when I'm on a call, sometimes when it's just sitting there all by its lonesome. Half the time, it will come back on if I press the power button, but often that won't work. When that happens, I take the back cover off and remove and replace the battery, and it then comes back on. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Sounds like you have a bad connection to your battery. Check the battery or the connections for debris or corrosion. Clean it if there is. If they are clear it could be the connection inside the phone on the circuit board or a short.
