No picture set has power, audio is ok, but no picture. out of warranty with no extended warranty, any thoughts??

I have a samsung hp-r4252 plasma tv.The audio is fine but no picture. I have troubleshooted the smps, dc pod and dc output. the x-main and the logic board checked out fine. the only problem i found was two fuses(f5006 and f5009) were open on the y-main.
