You will need to replace or have the convergence IC's replaced. There are two IC's on the printed circuit boards that need swapping out. you should call in a pro to assist you in the=is repair if you have no solid state repair experience. good Luck

Phillips 60" projection TV Double vision

This is a convergence problem and is either bad connections at the convergence ICs or defective ICs. If you can solder, you can repair this yourself. Let me know if you wish to repair this and I can provide you with additional details.

Blue line trouble

Hi Kracka,

Are you able to post a picture of the problem?

It sounds from your description that it might be a 'convergence' problem which is when the red, green and blue parts of the image aren't alligned properly.

Check in your menu to see if there is a convergence setting.

Hope this helps

BLUE DOUBLE VISION

It sounds like you may have a loose solder connection either in the convergence circuit or the pincushion correction circuit. If you can't visually locate it, you may need a service manual and test equipment to track it down. I doubt that changing parts will be the cure if it is an intermittent problem.
