Hello download the manual here:

http://www.pcchips.com.tw/PCCWebSite/Products/ProductsDetail.aspx?detailid=231&CategoryID=1&DetailName=Manual&MenuID=45&LanID=0

You willl need adobe reader to read content.

Enter the bios (press the delete button under post) and select the boot option for the drive.

The bios must be set to boot from cd/dvd first.
Read the manual how to do this.
And second the harddrive.
Remember to save your work when done.

Good luck

How to format my computer?

To format your computer, you must have the (OS) Operating system CD. You have to move your important file to another location because formating your system will wipe out all the files you have on that drive. Put the OS CD on your CD-ROM and restart your your system. When system boots it will boot to the CD-ROM if the boot order is set that way. Otherwise you need to set the first boot order to the CD-ROM from BIOS. When the system boots to the CD-ROM you will be asked to press any key to boot from the CD-ROM, do just that and the system will boot from the CD-ROM. Follow the on screen instructruction afterward.

I want to reformat my computer, my question was how to first boot my cd rom to install...

Start your computer.
When you see the 'Press DEL to enter BIOS SETUP mode", press the 'DEL' key.
Change the "boot-order" to put your CD-ROM as the "first" (highest-priority) boot-device.
Save-and-exit from BIOS setup.
Insert the disk into the CD-ROM.
Your computer should boot from the disk in the CD-ROM.

SYSTEM SWITCHES ON AND DETECTS ALL THE HARDWARE BUT WONT GIVE ME THE "PRESS ANY KEY TO BOOT FROM CD-ROM OPTION"

Some computers allow you to select an alternate boot device by pressing the F12 key as you boot up.
If your computer doesn't have this option then go into the BIOS configuration and change the boot order and make the CD-ROM the first boot device and the hard drive the second boot device.

Problem ide

Hi gustabir,
try this first. (If I am understanding you correctly).
Power on the PC, press the Delete key every two seconds untill the boot menu loads. Go to the title, Boot. Set you're boot device's in the correct order. They should be listed as follows.
1st Boot device Floppy drive. (If a floppy drive is connected).
2nd Boot device CD-ROM/DVD drive.
3rd Boot device Hard drive.
(If you're CD-ROM drive is not listed in the bios main menu, than you're CD-ROM drive is not connected correctly). Please check the CD-ROM data cable is firmly & correctly connected), also check the power cable is firmly connected). If you are using more than one CD/DVD-ROM drive on the same data cable, check that you are listing the correct CD/DVD drive in the boot order. To change the drive's order while in the Boot menu, see page 34 in you're manual.
If the above does not address you're problem, please describe the issue/problem again.

If I can help you further, feel free to post.
Suggestions & comments welcomed.
