Everything looks correct: filter pump seems to be working properly, DE filter pressure @ 15, Heater unit "Menu" indicates "Spa mode w/ Green Light," and "Heater desired Temp indicates 103 degrees." All of this, BUT NO Flame @ unit, which means NO Heat working. I have tried everything w/ no luck. I Did Notice a Yellow/Brown wire coming up from ground & wrapping around Gas Supply pipe to the valve, which is not connected to anything. This looks suspicious to me. Any input would be Greatly Appreciated!. I don't know how to locate "Error Codes" either. thanks

Look at the sensor that tells unit that everything is lit. There should be some sort of sensor that tells the ECU that the ingnition area is a burn temp. It sounds like the unit can't tell that flame is lit. Hope this helps.

hi the capacitor needs replacing in the pump connection box, this needs to be exactly the same uF value as the one you are taking out.
Good luck!
SOURCE: air in filter on hayward above ground pool.
This is common the first 30-60 seconds after turning the filter on. The filter is purging its self of the air, sometimes algae or small debris will shoot back into the pool as well.
If it is constantly getting air then replace your o-ring on the that clear cover (Strainer Cover) make sure you use a lubricant, and like djtc66 said re-wrap all threaded areas with teflon tape.

Well, I replaced the pressure switch with no joy. I tried all 5 levels of pressure 1-5 and every wiring combination. Finally, I returned the new $70 pressure switch and took the 2 wires and tied them together (jumped them). Here's the only downside...If you run your pump in backwash, recirc, waste, or any mode that would cause water to bypass the heater it MUST BE OFF. Otherwise, let it ride. It's working great and I hope to go into October weather permitting.
SOURCE: Hello , I have a 5yr old pool complete with
ALWAYS FREE.. SO IT SEEMS THAT YOUR NOT GETTING AIR, THESE BLOWERS HAVE FOAM IN THEM AND CAN ,AFTER A FEW YEARS GET CRISPY AND BREAK UP AND PLUG THE AIR PUMPS SUCTION PORT. THE FOAM IS USED AS A AIR FILTER AND A NOISE REDUCER , WHEN THESE BLOWERS GO BAD 90% OF THEM CAN'T BE REPAIRED ! = JUNK.. TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A RESTRICTION IN YOUR LINE OR LINES ,USE A SHOP VAC TO **** AND BLOW THE LINES IN AND OUT.. THESE BLOWERS ARE HELD IN USUALLY WITH ONE SCREW AND ARE EASY TO REPLACE ONE MORE CHECK 4 YA IS, THERE MIGHT BE A CHECK VALVE INLINE ON THE BLOWER , IT MAY BE BAD . BEST WAY TO CHECK IS TURN THE BLOWER ON FIRST , THEN TURN THE WATER PUMP ON.. HEY IF'N I WAS OF HELP GIVE ME A REVIEW OR A THUMB.. JAY YOUR LOCAL POOL PUMP WHISPERER IN FLORIDA
Testimonial: "Thank you -- the 2hp motor provides air induction and bubbles. There is no foam to break off. I did blow system out , still the same. Will keep lookin"
