My Kyocera Candid 2 phone won't hold a charge. I've brought a new battery and charged it and as soon as I unplug the phone from the charger the battery dies again. Within a few seconds, the first bar on the battery icon disappears and within the next few minutes the other bars began to disapear.
Sometimes it will allow me to make one call but the battery will die during the call.
Please, help me the (Cricket Service Center) can't seem to help me with my problem. They Just want me to keep spending money. Should I just get rid of the phone or sign with a new company?
Think that since you have a new battery in there, the charger is simply not working properly and that explains the premature shutdowns
Sounds like you need a new phone, that brand wasn't meant to last long, it more or less is a starter phone made to be upgraded.
Never had any problems with your carrier, but have had several problems with that brand of phone

You can go to your carriers retail store and use one of their chargers for free. Then you can determine if it is the phone or the charger.
You will need to replace your battery in your phone.
or check you charger and make sure it actually charging.
I would suspect it's the battery
