Re:
There should be a rear panel to remove and check to see if there is any small peices of paper caught in the rollers or obstructing one side, if not the grip on the the roller is worn or the paper aligning bar is open too wide and allowing the paper to tilt.
This is a more common problem with shiny surfaced paper, so try a more matt rougher quality paper.

Most likely to be a page feed problem, look online to clean page feeder rubber rollers.
Try here for the pdf manual which covers problem with jams and skewing

I have had varying success with envelopes. Can you feed in the other way round? Sometimes different envelopes perform better. The peel N seal can be very difficult

I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps.Bud

Dears eveenz, It seems that paper feed roller of your printer is broken. This part is integrated in drive assy. You need to replace drive assy of the printer in order to feed the paper properly. I plan to discuss this topic at Inkjet Printer Forum since I cannot post image more than 150 kb here. Explanation with image will make you know more easily. Please send me your mail to [email protected] so I can contact you as soon as I finish my post there. Please rate me when you find this answer be useful for you
most printers are pretty cheap now so replacement is always an option....on the other hand, I will spend countless hours trying to figure out what is wrong first. Remove all paper first, open printer and check for pieces of torn paper or debris, if you have a can of air you can blow out the insides to clean. Put 3 or 4 sheets of paper in, print a test page and watch carefully how paper advances...is it straight or crooked when being loaded? Is printer trying to pull more than 1 sheet at a time? Good luck

Check the paper feed area for loose debris or a stuck piece of paper.
Good Luck,
Tim
There was a small piece of paper jammed at the back. Thanks.
