Windchaser PAC9 (WA9000ER) is on but not cooling...
This unit has worked fine for two years but recently stopped blowing out cooled air. The unit is in the same place with the exhaust pipe also in the same place. The filter is clean and the pipe is unobstructed. The compressor is coming on.
Where's my cold air?

Inefficient cooling is probably caused by a dirty unit. Unplug and remove the entire rear cover and carefully clean both radiators with a vacuum cleaner. Thick sludgy dirt can be removed with a toothbrush and windex. Flushed with water. After you drain the unit thoroughly, reassemble and run in fan mode for awhile to let it dry out. You should be all set.
the bottom blower in a PAC9 is the blower motor that sucks room air in through the bottom vents of the unit through the condenser. this air removes heat from the condeser and is blown out through the warm air vent duct. A common failure on windchaser units is the 'bottom blower squirrel cage' which is a plastic fanblade.
