Can you fill in something about the speakers and how you have them attached? Since this is a stereo amplifier one wonders how you have anything but the front speakers powered unless you're using THIS amp for just the one pair and driving it from an AV receiver pre-out.
3. sometimes work and sometimes not work this problem come from this defect (A) flex or socket system keypad any line is bad soldering or do lose contact. check them and re-soldering or keep there line join with extra ware. (B) for cpu bad soldering or cpu pin is broken. so re-hot or re-ball cpu.
I cant understand this line. What are you trying to say please be explain more.

Hi there. I had the same problem after a while of having them packed and unused! Try this: Hard clean the batteries connectors with alcohol or some other cleaning fluid (I don't remember which one I've used). It solved my problem and now they charge fine and even with the expiration date of the batteries expired they are still working but I mean working very very well. Hope this helped though somewhat late reply... Might help other users too!
First switch the speakers over to make certain it is not the amp that is the problem.
If the speaker is still playing up on the other channel, then I would look around at a new set of speakers. They can be any that you like the look of as long as they have a power ratting at 40 watts or above each. The amp says it can take 6 to 16 ohm speakers. I would go for 8 ohms as they are more common.
use the speakers it came with it works fine for me i have mine hooked up to a 300w inverter anything less i dont get the best sound you cant turn the volume up too loud on the reciever it will draw too much power and shut it off or blow the fuse in you car unless the inverter you are using has an external fuse on it my inverter warns me that i am drawing to much power so when i hear the beep i turn it down a notch and works fine but ya try using the speakers th system came with
