Sharp LC-15AV4U 15 in. LCD Television

TV is DEAD, NO Raster, NO Picture, NO SOUND, POWER IS OK, SIGNAL IS OK, THE POWER LIGHT FLASHES AND GOES OUT AFTER I PRESS THE POWER ON BUTTON, QUESTIONS- - DOES ANYONE HAVE A SCHEMTIC TO SHARE ? - WHAT COMMON FAULTS(COMPONETS)CAN CAUSE PROBLEM? THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE

    Have the same Sharp LC-15AV4U 15 in. LCD Television, it comes on with good picture and sound for about 4 seconds, then shuts off. Power button will repeat this cycle indefinitely.

    Looking for a schematic or service manual or hint as to suspect component in the power supply.

    Sounds like a lamp error.... either a defective or broken lamp within the LCD panel itself, or you have a bad inverter.

    WHEN I TRY TO TURN ON MY LC-15AV4U IT WOULD NOT
    COME ON. I CHECK THE CAPACITORS IN THE POWER SUPPLY AND THE CAPACITOR APPEAR TO BE GOOD THERE IS NO BULGE AT THE CAPACITOR .WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE CAUSE.

Sounds like a lamp error.... either a defective or broken lamp within the LCDSharp LC-15AV4U 15 in. LCD Television - 1.gif panel itself, or you have a bad inverter.

I took one in for repair with the same problem. Turned out to be a capacitor. (C431) near backlight transformers. Mylar 184 @ 250V. Replaced C407 also to prevent same problem.

Our sharp LC-37D6U does not turn on. The opc/dl light keeps flashing green X3 then every second or so. and the blue power button flashes also. What might we have to do to solve the problem? thank you
The main tv Tuner signal board it is dead or it have problems,but tv still usable.Tries push the remote power switch off/on again everytimes OPC/Power LEDS lights flashes.Have to do this maybe 3 or 4 times for the tv to have a lite up LCD screen panel backlight to make the tv Tuner signal board to work again,for the tv to work.If still have same problems after 3 or 4 times power switch pushes off/on still have OPC/Power LEDS lights flashes.Mean the main tv Tuner signal board it is dead and can not be trying to save it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.This solution 100% will work,if ur tv main Tuner signal board still have life left in it.I do this every few days out of a week for my 46" Sharp Aquo LCD tv set,tv it work all the times.

No picture, when powering up the light will turn yellow, them the t.v powers up and can hear sound but no picture, and then hear a click and light flashes green.
First turn on,do the power LED light stable?Few sec.Power LED and LED OPC flashes?This very common on Sharp tv,tries power off/on at 4 or 5 each time it flashes,well power up have backlight on and it work.After this doesn't work than ur Tuner Signal board it dead.

This problems very common with sharp tv.The Main Turner Signal board have problems.Keep using it,when it stop and completely dead 20-30 on-off no backlight show up and picture.U know ur Tuner board signal board is dead, have to replaced it.

No picture no sound opc light and power light
This is very common in sharp tvs.U turn it on.U get power on light stable right?U hear a click,one or twice,sometime tv is good right?Sometime POWER light and OPC light flashes?Push the power button on/off couples times will work, picture will come on.If keep trying off/on couples time after POWER and OPC flashes,don't ever stop and never get backlight and picture.Ur Video backlight board is dead must replaced.
