You can also do a search, by type in the brand name / model number / IC used, in the search box at the top right of the display window. Blinking codes to many brand TVs are given.

I would check out the guys over at www.tvrepairworld.com as they have alot of screens but only list the more popular ones. Hit the contact button from there website they respond quickly to requests.

YOU NEED EITHER A TV CARD OR HDMI CARD INSTALLED IN THE LAPTOP. BUT MOST ALSO HAVE A 15 PIN MONITOR CONNECTOR INSTALLED ON THE TV AND LAPTOPS USUALLY HAVE THAT JUST BUY A MONITOR CORD

You have a defective LCD panel. If it is under warranty, exchange it ASAP. If not, it's time for a new TV, as it is usually more expensive to repair it than buy a new one.
