Should i use stands for tower speakers?

From Best Buy's site I found this 50" 4k HiSense TV

Have you tried connect it with other bluetooth device?

It will be to do with the hinge pin, the head lock or the head height adjustment. Make sure that the hing pin is held tight in place with the grub screw in the middle accessed only when the mixer & stand are upside down. Then make sure that the head height is correctly set with the adjustment accessed from the front when the head is raised. You can see the adjustment screw in the middle of the hinge when you have raised the head. In to lower the head and out to raise the head. The flat paddle needs to just stop tinging on the bowl when the motor is operating and the head is down.

It sure sounds like the speakers are bad. When I looked these up, the specifications said they are 5 1/4 inch. You should listen to a few different speakers in the size that you require, to see what ones you like best. I'd first make sure of the exact size. Many 5 1/4" speakers have tabs that allow them to be mounted in 6 1/2" openings. The best way to determine which speakers fit is to use the "outfit my car" feature at www.crutchfield.com. They have speakers starting at around $35 per pair. Another good online site for research and for purchase is www.sonicelectronix.com. Sonicelectronix sells speakers starting as low as about $20 per pair.

Kenwood, JVC, Sony, Blaupunkt, and Orion are all excellent speakers for under $30. There's others like Boss, Scosche, Power Acoustik, and Visonik that cost even less. Again, I'd listen first, and then buy.

s45 speakers are from the late 1970s so unlikely to find stands.4600 can use indoor aerial with either 300 or 75 ohm connection.
