Pop off the front cover (3 Torx screws on the bottom lip) After removing the cover you will see a white plastic unit with a screw on cover on the front. Unscrew the cover (no tools needed). Pull the cover off then remove the strainer. It will have gray gook on it plus God knows what else. Clean the strainer in the sink replace screw the cover back on and your in business.

FO2 is the code for long drain. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels, a good big plastic bag or a wet vac to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.

If you checked the drain pump reservoir and the problem still persists, you may have a pump with a damaged motor/impeller, or something lodged in one of the drain lines. In particular, the drain line that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the pump.
I recommend you remove the inlet hose, first and inspect for clogs. In is common for small garments to become lodged in this area and restrict water flow to the drain pump. Check the output drain line for obstructions as well.
It does not take much to damage this small drain pumps. The error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes. So...if the impeller or motor become damaged, and the pump does not pull water at the correct volume, you may still experience the drain error. In this case, you will have to replace the pump in order to get the error to clear. The following link explains how:

Hello,
Welcome to FixYa.
The "F2" on your model of washer indicates the machine has detected a fault or obstruction in the drain process.
Chances are the pump itself is being obstructed by debris or some other foreign object as opposed to being faulty, although a faulty pump can`t be ruled out...yet.
Here`s how to check it and clean it...there is also a bellows at the bottom I`ll show you how to check
You could have an intermittent problem such as a stuck key or contact. As long as the F02 is not displayed, the washer should work normally. You can continue to use it when the F02 is not displayed. It is still safe to use the washer.
Sometimes this problem is caused by a loose wiring harness connection between the keypad/user interface control board and the machine control board.
