Question about Maxi-Cosi Cabriofix Car Seat and Isofix Base
My familyfix Isofix keeps beeping as though you are taking a seat in and out. We have taken it out the car and even just sitting idle it still beeps. It starts on the first light then goes to the second and the third. All green. We have changed the batteries!!
Hi To run the test mode
you hold in the long thin black button just under the display. Once the sequence
starts let go of the button and it will cycle through the different lights and
then they will all go out. That's when the test mode has
finished. The base should now stop beeping. If this does not work it will need to be sent in for inspection. If you're
in the UK
and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your
proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for
inspection / repair work required under warranty. If you're
outside the UK please visit www.maxi-cosi.com
and select the country you're in, then use the "Contact Us" tab on the right
side for your enquiry to be sent through to the customer care team in your country.
It could be that it has accidentally been put into test mode.
If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have
proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141
Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to discuss booking
it in for chargeable inspection / repair work required.
