It's Loose contact Problem in Vertical section

Pl corrected dry points all over the vertical section.

SOURCE: My studioworks 500G monitor LED blinking with twise colour(Green and Amber)and no display.

1. LOT problem.

2. Horizontal transistor bad.

3. Dry points in neck board, horizontal section.

4. transformer output capacitors problem.

5. IRF 630 ( lot supply fet )

yes the diagram is in book of G.T. hardware engineering college jaypur in rajasthan india the books are available in metro citi and authorised suppliers only in that book not only diagram but troubleshooting mathods are also given

your irf 630 is not original purchase it from proper LG authorised service centre it is costly but never become faulty again duplicate mosfet overheats if your green led is on then measure voltage at E.H.T.connect meter at output transister if E.H.T. is producing then meter should show 1 digit if not then 50v will show take care that signal cable should be disconnected if E.H.T. is not producing then check +vcc at horizontal ic it should be 12v. if 12v is not present then check regulator ic 7812 insmps

I am unable to make resolution 1024 x 768 in lg model 500G

If the monitor is somewhat old and the monitor hardware doesn't support 1024x768 resolution, installing a new driver won't help. You will have to switch to a better monitor.

Lg 500g crt monitor problem

Hi,

Try checking B+ coil , may be the coil have shorted .
