Danby air conditioner model #DPAC10060(R)

I bought a air conditioner last summer and I just pulled it out again, but I can't find the manual on it. It has a huge water tank at the back and I need to know what kind of maintence it requires. Know anywhere that I can get the user manual for that model? Thanks Ashley

I have the portable danby premiere #317825 model#DPAC11010 its the 3-1 portable air conditioner we just got it last summer and today for the 2nd time in the last month it is shutting its self off there is...

The water is being removed from the air, you need to empty the water out of the unit as needed, sometimes as often as every two hours, the beeping is a water tank full alarm telling you to empty the tank as per instructions, there is a drain plug on the bottom of the unit you may want to move the unit to a drain until you know the amount of water the tank holds so you know how big of a containor to use

The dehumidifier tank is bone dry. It was fine last summer. I assume that the dehumidifier is history. My main concern is re safety. Where would the condensation from the A/C go? The unit is ten years...

In your case, the condensation generated by the AC is split between the exhaust duct and one of the water collection tanks. The unit should warn you or shut down, when the tank is full and needs to be drained. But, at 10 years old, I'd monitor is regularly.

inside the air conditioner there should be a tray for catching condensation fro the coil. it should be full of water. the water warning light on your model is at the top left on the temperature panel watch for it as this has happened to me several times as well.

Yes, we have a fridgidaire FAC127S1A Model and we installed it today and are having trouble with it leaking water once it runs for a while. (The hole on the under side of the A/C.) Is this normal or is it...

If the water is leaking to the outside, that is normal. Especially if, the humidity is high outside.

If it's leaking to the inside. No, that's not normal and is due to improper installation. The rear of the unit should tilt down about 1/4" , to allow the water to drain outside via the drain pan hole.

To help you further, I have included a link to the Owner's Manual for your FAC127S1A model air conditioner. You can download and print it for future reference.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.

Tank full after 5 hrs of use.

The amount of water (condensate) that your unit produces is directly related to the setting you have the unit set to and the relative humidity of the air/

That being said it has been a much more humid summer this year almost everywhere, so I'd venture a guess that your A/C is working very well, based on the extra moisture (condensate) that it is pulling out of the air.

A/C and Dehumidifiers both tend to run longer and produce more condensate when having to deal with excessive humidity. But, that's what these machines were designed to do - extract moisture from the air where they are placed to keep us cool and dry feeling!

Enjoy the cool air and remember, Winter is coming!

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Need manual for mpm1-10cr-bb6

The unit shuts off whenever the water tank fills up. It's on the right bottom side, just pull it out and drain the water, when you put it back in the a/c will turn on again.
