Good luck finding one. Mine also broke and I called Bell to see if they have these poarts available. As the stroller is no longer in production, they have no parts available. I found a used one in a Goodwill-type store and am currently using it for spare parts.
I also had my axel break last summer. Grrr. yep my stroller too old for parts I came up with a solution! I have a bike boneyard (I have six children) of garage sale broken bikes, I found one with the same size tires and took the front tire off and put it on stroller! works good as new!

The BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller, Navy stroller is easy to push and steer. At some front and back configurations, the steer is extremely hard and the BOB is easy so you can push it and steer it with one hand even going uphill it's no problem. The stroller rolls effortlessly and you can hardly notice the weight of the children. It has big inflatable rubber wheels making it easy to push and turn. The stroller fits through most doors and We were concerned with a side by side being hard to navigate through crowded shopping areas and fit through doors. https://myhealthshoponline.com/all-product/the-best-jogging-stroller/

I have a problem with my rear wheel. I lost the black round support that goes between the shaft and the wheel. Maybe we can make one good stroller out of two of these. email me at [email protected] if you can sell me the support or if you want to purchase the wheel.
OH SNAP!! I just went back and figured it out. So provided your Bell Jogger Stroller is like mine, here's what you do: look for the black plastic clips on the sides of the frame. As you face the stroller head-on, these clips should be on either side of the passenger area. The clips have semi-circular grips. Pull up on these to release the clips. This should allow the push handle to fold down toward the floor. Then make sure the snaps holding the cargo pocket below are UNsnapped, allowing the stroller to completely fold in half. To set it back up again, reverse the process although I would re-snap the snaps last of all.
my mother had the same one, had same problem and found that it was cheaper to by another stroller. she ended up buying an evenflo. because with the cost of the replacement seat and shipping and then running the risk of the samething happening again, your better off cutting your losses with that stroller. she uses the evenflo one with my son when she jogs and she loves it.
