Hi my washing machine seems to be washing ok but when it comes to a spin it spins a little bit but soon as it goes into a high speed spin it drops out of sipn then trys again over and over please help me
The description matches the problem I am having. When it drops out of high speed spin, it incredible rapidly slows down from high speed to normal speed sub second, fast enough to make the drive belt squeak. At the same time all the lights at the front go off. The program then steps backwards and the machine keeps repeating the spin cycle.

Hi Paul, first piece of advice is to make sure the loads of laundry are consistent. A pair of jeans or a bath towel in a load of lighter clothes can cause an off balance condition, causing the machine to constantly try to re balance the load and never reaching high speed spin. Other than that, make sure your spin speed option is set to high. If those don't solve the issue, contact a local repair company to come out and take a look. Hope that helps.
The machine uses automatic load sensors to balance the load and when you put something in the machine that is big, like a comforter, it knows that it cannot balance that item. So with a front loader it wont spin at high speed because it would be off balance and either damage the machine or the machine would "walk" because of the off balance motion.
1st of all is there a spin cancel buuton on this machine and has it been activated, or is there a spin speed selector knob and has it been turned down...is inner drum easily turned by hand.if it is ok then belt tension could be suspect (tighten)im sure there is an out of load balance detection circuit on the main circuit board....also is it draining ok because it wont spin until it cant dectect low or no water prior to final spin.....also if it has a programme dial the select a spin programme on another section of selector dial.........hope this is of some help...
