Switch off the fax. press the stop key and power up the fax again, keep pressing stop button. memory clear will appear. press start and the memory will clear.
Can you pick up the receiver on the phone and hear the fax tone when receiving? If so, can you then press the start button and begen receiving? If that works, then the fax auto settings are not set properly. Do you have the owners manual? Read the receiving fax section.
