Where can I get the Music Studio CD/ program for Samsung YH-925GS 20GB player

Hello there everyone, I'm new here and I would like to ask your expertise and resources as to where I can get/ download the "Music Studio" program for Samsung YH-925GS 20GB MP3 player? If you can help me, I will greatly appreciate it very much..... Henry

Hi, in my opinion1) rebuild your music album by music studio, 2)rebuild music database structure if first step not solve. using samsung yh-925 utility download from http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?model_nm=YH-925GS&mType=SW&vType=L&disp_nm=YH-925GS 3) update your device firmware if two steps fail.

try using samsung media studio it comes with the samsung mp3 it self it does everything no other media player will help you

That was no answer for your question. Here we go

As you can see on the download page of samsung, there are several applications available. It's a bit confusing, as they have Multimedia Studio (1.0), Samsung Music Studio (1.0) and Samsung Media Studio(5.1.3.2).

I think you should just download Music Studio. This is a direct download link to the installation file. Since the Multimedia Studio doesn't work, you can uninstall it.

Also something to check, is that because the player is recognized and listed in the Device Manager, it probably is available in My Computer.
If not: right-click My Computer -> Manage
Select Storage -> Disk Management
Your mp3 should be listed there as an 20GB drive.
Let me know what you found.

When in play mode, sound comes out of one side only When in play mode sound comes out one side only. I've tried different earbuds and phones and no difference. When I plug into TV audio it plays fine. Also the driver will not download. I have the factory disk and it's in the HD but keeps giving me the message software cannot find driver. Thanks, K
