Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W70 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Focusing Problem Okay, last week, My camera wouldn't turn on at all. My friends and I fiddled with it alot. We got it to turn on and turn off properly, but it's completely out of focus. I messed with it to the point, ONCE I got it to be clear, but then I turned it off, and it turned on blurry again, and I haven't fixed it since. Any tips? Help?

Why out of focus I wonder Do you have it set to macro by any chance or perhaps long exposure[camera shake] Also the fiddling maybe have shifted the lend out of true in the mount In which case its repair shop or replace

I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cylinder 4.3 Vortex engine. The check engine light has been on for a few weeks but it was running just fine. Until all of a sudden it wouldn't start last night. I had...

My first thought would be: If you repaired an emissions hose, take the car back to Auto Zone (or another parts supplier) and let them tell you what code comes up now. You eliminated one problem, now you have to find another.
I wouldn't do a fuel pump without more information.

Olympus FE-230 Digital problem

Someone on here with the same problem mentioned that they shook the camera violently and it fixed the problem of it not focusing. I tried the same thing and actually gave it some light slaps on the tabletop. Well, now it works! I'm somewhat concerned that this fix won't last long.

Like many others' FE-230s, this camera began not focusing shortly after the one year warranty expired. I found my receipt and it turns out that I purchased the 2 year service plan at Best Buy and could get the camera replaced. But, now it works. Will it fail again after the 2 year plan expires? Jeez....

Lens focusing ixus 30

With friends like this who needs enemy's [assuming the camera was like it when he /she gave it to you] A lens malfunction of any type is a costly repair In some cases a non repair because it would be cheaper to buy a new camera. Sorry to be harbinger of sad news

Focus error

It sounds like you've either broken the focusing motor or sheared the connecting gears. Though the latter is less serious (and cheaper to fix) both require the camera to be sent off to the repair man. Good luck!
