Question about Seagate (ST9100801U2-RK) (9W3638556) 100 GB Hard Drive
Yes.. It is just sitting here blinking at me. Workstation will not reconnect to drive or show up in file manager on my XP SP2 workstation. Have no idea what might have happend. Is there any way to get the workstation to re-connect to it again? Am wondering if the important files I have on it are toast? Thanks in advance for any help any one can provide. Thanks
Check the drive end to make sure it has poer and connectors are sound - you have he to take the case apart for this Change the USB connector for another asl anothercable is possible Go to Start/control panel/admintools/computer management/storage/removable storage See if the drive shows up
