The bulb hot indication has nothing to do with the lamp counter.u would have reset the counter as suggetsed by the manufacturer,
this problem is because of the following:
1) wrong bulb
2) cooling fans not working adequately
3) defective ballast
check the above for a solution

Reset lamp timer

If you go into the info menu you should see lamp hour meter, should be option there to reset it.
only do so if you have put in a new bulb as bulbs can explode if they go over the hour usage time.

What is wrong with my tlp s10 it gives the entire picture a blue tint the lamp has done 2700 do I need a new bulb

Check the Video cable that feeds the projector, could be a broken cable or a pin bent -worst case the connector on the projector has broken.
Try the VGA cable on your computer screen.
The lamp does not need replaceing, the lamp emmits white light only.

Problem with image from LCD

Hello,

No, If the problem comes with connecting the signal, then it could be RGB.
if this is coming with all time then check LCD panels and Fly-eye lens.

Last thing is lamp unit.
