sounds like you may have a dodgy starter motor, if you take it off the vehical and try it on a battery doe's it spin freely and does the spindle on it move up and down its rod freely too?

How do I get it running again?

It's possible the "new starter" has a bad solenoid so the actual starter motor never gets enough "juice" to turn. I have come across this problem several times. You may also have a serious battery drain, so there was enough "juice" to make the solenoid to Tik but not enought to turn the starter motor itself. I'd check the battery again, or try a different battery. The battery connections may have enough corrosion to prevent proper recharge. The charging system may not be performing properly.

My Hyundai Accent 2001 auto. engine sound is like tik tik tik how to fix it

First check your oil. Hyndais also tic tic tic from the top of the motor but it is the noise of the fuel system. If you let it go dry on oil at one time you may now have bad lifters.

When i want to start my car, it has a sound like tik tik that comes from the starter.

You probably need a new battery. Have a shop test your battery an replace it if it's bad.

It wont start , has a click-click -click sound when you try to start it

Try trouble shooting by using another battery to start the vehicle. If it does not start, then the starter must have gone bad.

I have a bmw 2003 325i e46 i changed my oil with castrole 5w 30 when i started the car i heard a noise like tik tik tik is the oil to thin should i go for a thicker oil like castrole 10w 60 can you help

You can try a thicker oil. But it sounds like a valve lifter may be going bad. Try an additive to see if it makes any difference. May be that the pump did not pump the oil right away. Run the car for a while . See how it sounds. If the ticking gets worse it is probobly one of the lifters.
