Avaya start up

I was wondering if there is a way to disable the program Avaya at start up. Whenever we log in to the laptop, it always comes up first thing.

I have caller id on my avaya phone but I don't know how to find the call log. How do I access the call log for caller id?

You need to do Admin programming to tell the system to log the calls (#317 & #318)

Then you need to put a log button on a lighted button (Feature 23)

Rtl100.bpl what is it.

it sounds like a program was removed and the operating system is trying to run the program when the OS starts up. Are you having any problems with your programs or virus scanner? A virus can disable/remove files or programs. Did you un-install any programs? Did your virus scanner find any malware or virus and remove them? Try all your programs and see if any have trouble starting. Check the windows start-up folder and see what icons are in that folder.

"C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\Bar\4.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL" .

When you fire up your system, a number of startup programs load. this is mostly invisible to you, and therefore seemingly out of your control. Not so much, however!!

Go to Start / Run. Type msconfig and hit Enter. Select the Start Up tab. This is a list of all the programs that are starting up when you boot. From here you can enable and disable these programs until you find the one that is causing the problem.

The program names are fairly cryptic, so you don't always know what they are. A quick Google search on the name will usually get you a description of the program. for example google "What is nwiz?"

Do not know how to look through the caller id

You have to have a few programs already set. In admin programming, you will need to set #316, #317 and #318. Then you need to program a log button on the phone, which is Feature 23.

When you hit the log button, you then will see the options to scroll through the calls.

Averatec 6100 series closes all programs before i can open them

Try tapping either F5 or F8 (can never remember which) as soon as anything shows on the screen on boot. One of these will bring up a short menu with your available choices for boot.

Alex - laptop toshiba

Please try this. First, you should be logged in as administrator. (You probably are logged in as KIDS). Then please go to Start-Control Panel-User Accounts and Family Safety-User Accounts-Parental Controls-KIDS-Allow and Block Specific Programs. There you can choose the programs that can be used by users logged in as KIDS. This does not apply to the administrator (There are no restrictions.) Hope this helps. Thank you.
