Call Sprint service for this issue. They may not have the service turned on. Its not a function of the phone but a service provided by your plan.

Why does razr goes to voicemail too quick

It could be that the phone is delayed in ringing. Try placing a test call and see how many times it rings in the phone you are calling from before it rings on the phone. Then you can determine if the phone is delayed in ringing. If you hear ringing and the phone rings once and then it goes to voicemail then there may be a setting on your phone that is causing this.

HOW DO I SET UP VOICEMAIL

Most of the cell companies have the speed dial #1 set up for the voicemail. You just press and hold it until it dials the number. Then just follow the prompts from the automated system. It's very user friendly and should take less than five minutes to complete. Good luck

Recorded message after my personalized greeting

This isn't in the phone. It's in your voicemail preferences. Listen to all options in your voicemail settings. Just keep listening for an option number for settings after it tells you that you do or dont have messages. If you dont find something fairly obvious call *611 and tech support should be able to talk you through it. Call from a phone other than the razr.
