I have a babylock 6200 proline. Machine has worked beautifully but now jams in the bobbin area every 3 stitches. I have to cut it off and repeat the process again. I changed the needle, the thread and reset the bobbin as well as cleaned out the lint. The manual is no help.
You may need a new bobbin case if your machine is an older model.. Over time the cases get nicks in them causing thread to catch on it. Have you lubricated the bobbin area? Needs one drop of oil for every ,I believe it is 25 hours of usage. That may take care of it. The oil goes under the bobbin right in the center of bobbin case. Remove your bobbin before applying the oil. i hope this helps you. Good Luck

My husband found nicks on the bobbin case and sanded them down. Also put a drop of oil under the bobbin. It now sews better than it has in a couple of years!!
Thank you so much.
