I have nokia 6270 it switch off after 3 minite when i play music & do call . i restart immediately it's battry's one point empty.but mobile in stand by mode no switch off & no battry losing.please solve my problem

the problem of your cellphone is either the two ,LCD(glass display) or its display ic (a small component that makes the lcd functioning...try to change first the lcd of a new and working one ,then if the display is the same ,im sure it is the driver should need to change...go to a cellphone repair shop or nokia care to fix your phones problem..i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya...

try to check the battery,may be due to improper charging or due to damage of battery

to format your mobile fistly switch off you mobile then press
3, * , dail key and switch on key at once don't release your hand unless mobile say's formating

You can format nokia 6270 becuase no codes of symbian operating system mobile works on it.It is a java based mobile..All you can do is Restore to factory settings in settings...But you can update the nokia 6270 firmware by installing nokia software updater and nokia pc suite...

Yes its happen with nokia 6270 that after some time key pad do not work properly. so to solve this problem you should know how to open it.i too have the same and i opened it to work keypad normally.so if you want to open it take a knife and use any corner from top,just insert it and pull it up ,you will see it opening do the same for other corner ,when it is open use a cloth to clean the surface of the keypad .if you are unable to open it please take it to any mobile repairing shop..

for your second issue phone delaye when starting phone..
for this there are many reason ,
1st your mobile is filled with too many sms ,
2nd device memory is full.
3re memory card is of 1gb and it is full
so all this can make your mobile delay when starting .

Solution :
You can use settings > Restore factory setting .type security code and let it restart..
If still you see delay for few seconds
You can update your mobile firmware(software).
Just install nokia pc suite and than instal nokia software updater ,if you dont have nokia software updater you can download it from nokia website ..install nokia software updater .after that use your cable to connect mobile with computer .start nokia pc suite you will see a option "UPDATE PHONE SOFTWARE ".click on this and follow on screen instruction to update your mobile firmware with the latest firmware....this will definitely resolve the issue that you are facing and it your mobile will work faster than before as how my nokia 6270 working ................thanks
