I Have A Creative Zen Micro That Will Not Let Me Turn It On Until I Plug It Into The Computer. Even Then When I Try To Turn It On It Will Not Let Me Add Songs Even Though I Believe I Have All The Programs. When I Try To Turn It On When Plugged Into My Computer It Has A Battery Sign With A Lightning Bolt In It And It Doesnt Show Anything.
I Have A Funny Feeling I Deleted A Program But I Do Not Have My Disc For My Zen. This Will Help Me MAJOURLY!

vista is not supported . you can try this: you should not have had to install anything for the Zen to work on Vista. If you have installed any Creative software, remove it. Reboot, plug your player in, open Device Manager, and remove the device that shows up representing your player (completely uninstall it). Reboot again, and plug in your player. It should be recognized now.
If that still doesn't work, then boot your player into Recovery Mode, and perform both a Disk Cleanup and a Reformat. Reboot the player and try plugging it in again.
if it still doesn't try another computer and upload the latest firmware to it and then try it on your pc after firmware is loade
