Question about Panasonic SV-AV10 e-wear Digital Camera

1 Answer

SV-AV10 Digital Camera by Panasonic

Ok, so I have the SD Jukebox 4.0 software downloaded to my computer and I have read the Adobe instructions that came with it. However, I am having the hardest time actually downloading music to my camera. I select the button "Checkout" but the buttom won't check. I have dragged the song to the "E:" drive, but then I got a pop up saying that I need to format the memory card. So, I format it but it still does not copy the song. Please help!!!

SOURCE: SD card

I have the same camera, save the colour (black). As soon as I read your post, an alarm went off. I decided to re-check my User Guide (PDF Eng version, page16), for the Lumix DMC-FZ30:
•On this unit, you can use SD Memory Cards of the following capacity (from 8 MB to 2 GB). Please confirm the latest information on the following website:
http://panasonic.co.jp/pavc/global/cs
(This Site is English only.) • This unit supports SD Memory Cards formatted in FAT12 system and FAT16 system based on SD Memory Card Specifications. • This unit does not support MultiMediaCard for recording motion pictures. • The reading/writing speed of a MultiMediaCard is slower than an SD Memory Card. When a MultiMediaCard is used, the performance of certain features may be slightly slower than advertised. • After recording motion pictures using the MultiMediaCard, the card access indication may appear for a while, but this is not a malfunction. • Keep the Memory Card out of reach of children to prevent swallowing.
8MB, 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB (Maximum)

SOURCE: Can I use a 2GB

This is a pretty old camera...I can't find anywhere that you can use a card that big. 128mb seems to be the max.

Serial number required for SD-Jukebox installation

The required serial number for SD-Jukebox installation is located on the paper insert inside the CD-ROM casing. The serial number is 10 or 11 digits long depending on the model. Without the serial number, the Jukebox software cannot be installed on a compatible PC.
