I am the network analyst for Westlake Hardware. We use Neoware Capio 620's in our stores. A district manager was trying to print to a store the other day(His login, their Neoware unit). I shadowed him with EZremote. He opened outlook and printed a document on his email. I watched him select print, The vertical list of all our store printers come up, choose 53's (store 53) printer, and print successfully. Then he chose a random different email, chose print again, but this time a horizontal list of printers came up, missing the needed printer along with others. Tried different emails and nothing made since why some worked properly, while others did not? I am stumped, I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks Jason
Are you using windows ce? my yahoo messenger address is [email protected] we talk about some things,,,also it could be a printer issue within the location itself,,do they have a spare or is it accessible by other jobs?
