My LCD on my Samsung A701 phone is not working and I need to swop it with another. I have undone the two small screws at the bottom of the flip up but can't seem to pry the cover off. I am afraid of damaging the little camera as well. Whats the next step? Are there certain points I need to press..... or ? All help much appreciated Keith in Adelaide

I had the same problem and I was lookin on a forum/blog on how to do this, but not many helped.I'm about to attempt to change my faceplate and I noticed when you take the battery cover off, there are 4 screws under the cover, and one near the antenna. You probably have to take apart the back part of the phone to get to the screws that are attatched to the sliding part of the phone. Its probably a little risky and tricky, but Im guessing thats how you get to the 2 hidden screws.
Goodluck!

Yes you can do this but it is safe to take the phone to a mobile repair shop and have them repair it for you.
