My inside screen will not show anything. i can receive and send calls bu dont know who im calling. ive never dropped it, gotten it wet, or damaged it in any way .help

unfortunately you really need to send or go to the store to fix it. the LCD might be misplaced or the cable connected to it was damaged.

change the flat of lcd if it dose not work change the lcd

what you may need to do is replaced the flexcable on the phone not the lcd.

ive had a similar problem... but what i did is i looked at what the insurance does cover... since it doesnt cover water damage.. defect the phone in some way that the insurance will cover. its only if you're in desperate need. there is no way to fix water damage... but i know PLENTY of tricks to soak water out of the phone

i know the water sticker is still white because you didnt get the actual sticker wet... in order to get the sticker to turn red... the sticker has to be wet...!

When you call them you will be asked to provide a model number, and provided a way to find it on your machine (I think on PS3 its on bottom). From this number they can determine when the machine was manufacture (keep in mind the machine might have sat for 1 year before being sold) From this info they will be able to determine if there is a known problem with the lot number of your machine (and it sounds like it is and most of the time it is) EVEN IF YOUR MACHINE HAS NO WARRANTY LEFT; if there is a known problem they will send you a refurbished one @ no cost. (not even shipping)

Most people dont know this because if there was a problem you think they would fess up and do a recall. This saves them money only having to replace a fraction of the damaged systems :(

There is a 90% chance your system will be replaced free of cost. If they determine over the phone that the lot is bad and is probably thier fault they will send you a pre paid shipping box to send them your PS3 in with, and packaging instructions inside the box.

This is your best option. To do anything yourself to the system void all future warranty irregardless of manufacturing flaws.

Please just call and talk to them first. If they determine the damage was most likely end user result (IE Dropped or Water Damaged) they will charge you the inhouse cost of materials and a small labout fee.

I just called the Nintendo company and mine was in warranty so they will fix it or replace it for free.

Has the phone gotten wet?
Sounds like your only option is to ask to have it replaced under warranty. However, if they see that there was water damage, they may charge to replace it. There is a water damage indicator sticker under the battery, which turns pink if exposed to moisture.

there is no sure fix if a phone has gotten wet and no guarantees it will work properly againmit is just pure luck.
