Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
This only happens with my brochure paper... Brochures, of course, have to come out pristine! It didn't always happen, but has for the last 20 brochures I've tried... Have sent hundreds of other papers through the machine since this began, many heavy stock, and it only happens with the brochure... The very top corners (where it feeds into the machine) gets a black smudge on it. Sometimes one side-edge will get a faint black smudge-line. A. What's a good way to clean the rollers B. What else could it be? C. Why in the heck does it only happen with brochure paper? Thanks for your help, Skylake
Ink getting onto the paper when it should not is usually a sign the waste ink tank need cleaning out. Go to www, fixyourownprinter, com for a deeper insight. Also the Canons own Tech Support team
