How i clean the Dirt Magic WETDRY AUTO VACUUM

Some have a bypass if there is a blockage so the motor gets cooling. Some are reversible to blow as well as provide suction.

change the switch with a brand new one and that will fix the problem the switch has gone out on another dirt devil vacuum and that is so common it is hard to explain it is a defect in the way the switches are made

Usually with this type of vacuum the the top motor part unclips then tip the base unit over into an outside drain.

Try this. There should be a little filter unerneath the tank. just clean that filter or replace it. (9 times 10) thats the problem.

That is the problem with the bagless cleaners. The dirt goes through the cup, directly to the filter. There is nothing to keep them seperate. You can try putting a single layer of paper towel against the filter. It will provide a breathable barrier for the dirt but, it will clog too.

There is a button at the back of the snout, on top. Press there and bend the snout forward.

Check the dirt cup filter. remove the dirt cup and check for proper suction. if you have good suction, check your belt
